Money Transfer on hold

Dear Sir, (Inland Revenue board)

Here i received this email from O2 telecommunication, london that my indian mobile nuber had won 500, 000 GBP frominternational phone number draw.

Later they had aks me to send the transfer fee of 476 GBP to their ICICI bank, India and i have completed the same process. They told=A0bank transfer is completed from HSBC bank, london from their company to my Punjab National Bank, India.

but now they had told me to deposit 1, 5, 00, 00 GBP as VAT clearance as a tax for Inland Revenue Board, to clear my VAT tax as non residential of British citizen.

As my money is hold and stop order from Inland Revenue Board, Kindly do guide me in this matter.
