Lost of product from reliance fresh

Myself haider alam i purchased some product from reliance fresh on 30-09 at 5:40 included ariel oxybl frcln 1k (126 rs) from reliance f-99 bali nagar new delhi -15 (outlet) i put my thing after purchasing on outlet after that i went to hospital near to reliance fresh. completing the check return back to reliance fresh and i took goods and return to my home . after reaching to my house when i saw my packet there is missing of ariel . when i compliant against this lost of product they said to me . we are not responsible for this . due to inconvenient of this i lost my time . i need your help to short out this problem.
