On enquiring, he has sent me the attached certificate & Affiafit form, to be filled up & sent to an attorney firm in UK Mr Victor Carters (Barrister) (The Principal Attorney Alban Chambers, #44 Stoctport Road, Longsight, Manchester M12 4JJ - UK, Email: barristervictor_carter@yahoo.co.uk, vcarter_chamber@yahoo.co.uk), phone number 44-7031820892.
