Harrasment by the Society Mambers of the Aisswarya Opulence

I have a flat in Aisswarya Opulence, Marathalli, Bangalore.
The society is harrassing the tenant as well as myself by sending threating mails regarding the maintainence. The maintainence has already being paid to the builder for 2 years which got over in July'08. I am eligible to pay the maintainence from August'08 onwards but they are demanding for past 3 months and are thrating that they would stop all the services to the tenant (Water, electricity, lift, play area, use of common area etc.).
