Need obc certificate

Now, I am studying in coibatore institute of technology.. (B.E (ECE)). I have applied OBC certificate in the year of 2006. my community is Ayira vaisyar-(chetty)-BC.

At that time my community was not the OBC lists..so that resonly i did not get the obc certificate.

But my community is one part of nagaram (chetty-BC). This community is in the list. I want OBC certificate for my future education..so I requst you give me permission for get my OBC certificate.

note: If you reject my form, please give me full details about the OBC certificate.
