This is a victim of over trust on indian postal services, i did a mistake & booked a pkt to USA from Ludhiana (India) & still what's my position i'm unaware even after visiting several times to the booking centre RMS SPEED POST CENTRE there is no satisfactory answer from any staff i never had thought of this kind of service & responce from such a renowned organisation i knew very well this complaint doesn't effect you at al but just for the shake of my satisfaction i'm lodging this complaint & it's particulars as follows,
