The person, Jitendra Singh, deputed by you today, who had come to renew our broadband account, did not hand over any voucher, which was promised by you in the morning, as our proof of payment.

Instead, he was extremely rude, telling that he does not care for what we need and walked out.

This is utterly reprehensible and unacceptable.

We have been your client for more than a year and are shocked at the type of people you employ.

Pl. look into it.
