Dear Sir,

Please note that we have two nos. of IFB Make washing machine running successfully. But on dated 25th Dec'2008 that some problem come out in one no. washing machine so that we booked complain in your toll free number 18604255678 and get ticket no. 2469188 Dt. 27-11-08 second day i.e. dated 28th Nov'2008 your technician come and see the machine, say that he will comes within one / two days but as on date do not attened service from your end. We again say four to five times on your toll free number and 080-39004321.

But as on date we have not get proper responce from your end. We do not satisfy with your product and service. We request you solve the problem immediate or give us new one Washing machine of same model and solve the problem.

Furhter please note that your toll free number and 080-39004321 not getting immediately, after one / two hours continue try we get the line. So request you to inform to all customer easily availble phone nos, so he get better service from your end.
