Dear All,
PLEASE DON'T TRUST ON AIRTEL SERVICES.
I AGREED THAT AIRTEL IS A BRAND NAME WITH GOOD NETWORK BUT THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP IS TOO BAD.
Let me introduce my self. I am the CEO of one of growing company in jaipur and we had all connections from airtel
approx 40 airtel mobiles
3 landline connections
2 braodband and we are going take leaseline services also from airtel but we are sorry to say that airtel customer care executive don't have manners that how to handle corp clients.
They block my sim 4 times without any prior notice. They were agree on CUG plan that company will not responsible for any connection and all CUG connection will be seperate from company.
But now they blocked my personal number if any CUG number were not paid without any prior notification that will be embraces moment for me.
Even One of their customer relationship manager from jaipur (Mr Vivek) said they will go with court for these unpaid number.
PLEASE AWARE AIRTEL CONNECTION BECAUSE AFTER SALE SERVICES SHOULD BE BEST FOR YOUR LONG TERM BUSINESS.
I WOULD DEF GO WITH RELIANCE FOR MY ALL CORP SERVICES.
Now we take decision to move our complete company plan with reliance.
