Deduction in Balances

I am one of your old Pre-paid customers.

Of-late, I found getting deduction from my balances either for one reason or the other, which is a concern to me. Forgetting the past, I would like to mention hereunder the recent deductions taken place from my balance a/c:

1) Today (26/10) there was a deduction of Rs.30/- towards IMS Pack Subscription charges, and as per the SMS received from IY-54040.

(Your SMS says "Thank you for renewing IMSD Pack, subscription charges Rs.30/month. subscription charges Rs.30/month, validity 30 days, deact Toll Free number 155223.)

2) On 11.10.2010 a deduction of Rs.30/- has been madesaying that "Your subscription to IDEA Mobile Box Office is Renewed @ Rs.30/- for 1 month". (SMS from IZ-55456).

Like-wise, there were so many deductions from my balances.

I never requested to Idea Cellular for any subscription and 'am not interested in paying in for such unwanted items.

I request you to look into the matter and arrange to ensure that no further deductions are made from my balances without pre-intimation to me. My number is 9826667931.
