Dear Sir,

This day I called on you at your Branch to know about the Fate of the Sanction of O.D. Limit of Rs 30 Lakhs as was applied about 25 Days back as a process of Takeover from our Present Bankers Canara Bank, Darshanpurwa Branch, Kanpur where we are presently enjoing the Revised Sanctioned limit of Rs 17 Lakhs against the Mortgage of my Property Valued today at Rs 40 Lakhs @ Rs 2300/- per sq ft for the superbuilt area of 1786 sq ft.

It was told to me by yourselves that you were in the Process of getting opinion from the Concerned section of your Head Office about the reflection of a Default in the Credit Card outstanding of Standard Chartered Bank in my name as per the feed-back from the CIBIL site on the web which has become the speed-breaker in our case.

I HEREBY TAKE THE LIBERTY OF GIVING REAL CLARIFICATION ON MY DEFAULT AS STATED BY YOU & THAT IS APPENDED HEREBELOW:

(1) THE CREDIT CARD NO IS: VISA GOLD 4129-0576-5177-6702 IN MY NAME KAMAL DEEP BAJAJ.

(2) I NEVER RECEIVED THE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT FROM STANDARD CHARTERED BANK & ONLY ON THEIR DEMAND ON PHONE FROM THEIE DELHI OFFICE THE FOLLOWING PAYMENTS WERE RELEASED:

EVERYTIME I WAS ASKED TO MAKE THE APYMENT TO THE VISITING OFFICER OF THE BANK I KEPT ON REMINDING STRONGLY THAT IN CASE THE STATEMENTS WERE NOT PROVIDED TO ME NEXT TIME THE PAYMENT WOULD NOT BE RELEASED. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REALISATION AT THE END OF THE CALLERS OF THE BANK FROM DELHI WHO SIMPLY DEAF EARS TO THE MADE REQUESTS WHILE NOT REALISING THAT THE STAEMENTS WERE REQUIRED TO VERIFY THE USAGE IN ADDITION TO MAKING TIMELY PAYMENTS FOR THE MINIMUM DEMAND. ULTIMATELWHEN I RELEASED THE LAST PAYMENT FOR RS 1500.00 AS GIVEN ABOVE ON 22/04/07 I MADE IT EXPLICITLY CLEAR THAT NEXT TIME THE PAYMENT WOULD BE RELEASED ONLY IF THE STATEMENTS AS REQUIRED WERE HANDED OVER TO ME IN COMPLETENESS RIGHT FROM DAY ONE. THE GENTLEMAN WHO VISITED ME FOR THE COLLECTION DID CALL THE DELHI BRANCH CONCERNED PERSON WHO ASSURED ME THAT THE STATEMENTS WOULD BE ISSUED AS REQUIRED & I TOLD HIM STRICTLY NOT TO SEND ANYONE FROM KANPUR OFFICE FOR COLLECTION IN THE ABSENCE OF MAKING THE STATEMENTS AVAILABLE TO ME BEFORE VISIT. HE CONFIRMED THE SAME.

DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE'07 TWO OFFICERS FROM YOUR BANK VISITED ME AS ALONGWITH SOME OTHER TWO PERSONS WHOM THEY TOLD WERE THEIR FRIENDS. I WAS NOT PRESENT IN MY OFFICE WHEN THEY HAD ARRIVED. THEY TALKED TO MY ACCOUNTANT AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD THAT DAY COLLECT AT LEAST RS 4500/- & THEN GO. I CAME BACK TO MY OFFICE AFTER ABOUT 90 MINUTES OF THEIR ARRIVAL. I TOLD THEM THAT THE PAYMENT OF RS4500/- CAN BE MADE TO THEM ONLY IF THEY PRODUCED THE STATEMENTS AS DESIRED BY ME. ALL THE FOUR OF THEM STOOD UP TO CATCH ME FROM MY COLLAR TO PUSH ME OUT OF MY BUSINESS PREMISES TO MANHANDLE ME. INCIDENTLY MY STAFF MEMBERS CONTROLLED THEM & BEFORE GOING THEY EVEN HURLED STONES AT THE WINDOW PANES OF MY GLASS DOORS AFTER SITTING ON THEIR BIKES TO ABSCOND. LUCKILY THEIR HIT WAS NOT CORRECT & NOTHING HAPPENED. NEXT TIME WHEN THE PHONECALL FROM DELHI OFFICE CAME FOR THE DEPOSIT OF PAYMENT I TOLD THEM TO SEND THEIR SENIOR MANAGER FROM DELHI/CHENNAI BRANCH TO TALK TO ME PERSONALLY ON THE SUBJECT & TILL THEM NO BODY SHOULD CALL ME FOR THE PAYMENTS. AFTER LONG GAP I STARTED RECEIVING CALLS FROM ONE MR MAYANK (PHONES: 01166208512, 01145548000, 09871047115) WHOM I CONVEYED ALL THE DETAILS & ALSO TOLD HIM MY DEMAND OF THE VISIT OF THEIR SENIOR OFFICER FROM DELHI/CHENNAI TO SORT OUT THE MATTERS WITH ME FOR IMMEDIATE FINAL CLEARANCE. LATER HE CALLED ME TO CONVEY THAT AGAINST THE BALANCE OUTSTANDING WITHOUT THE LEVY OF INTERESTS 7 PENALTIES OF RS 17408/- I COULD PAY RS 15000/- . ACCORDINGLY A SUM OF RS 15000/- WAS PAID VIDE CHEQUE NO

THE ABOVE SUMISSION IS THE CLEAR INDICATION OF THE FACTS THAT STANDARD CHARTERED BANK HAVE HIDDEN THEIR FAULTS BY NOT DISCHARGING THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AND INSTEAD DRAGGED ME IN THE CLUTCHES OF SO CALLED COBRA " CIBIL " TO SAVE THE SKINS OF THEIR OFFICERS WHO ARE EATING HIGH SALARIES AND ARE JUST GOOF FOR NOTHING.WITH ACOPY OF THIS LETTER MARKED TO .RB.I. I AM REQUESTING THEM TO CARRY OUT THE INVESTIGATION IN MY THIS CASE FROM THE ANGLES OF SPOILING MY REPUTATION BY INDUCTING ME IN CIBIL & ALSO CAUSING INORDINATE DELAY IN THE SANCTION OF LIMIT TO MY FIRM M/S MOTOR SALES COMPANY, KANPUR. BECAUSE OF THIS DELAY MY BUSINESS COMMITMENTS ARE NOT GETTING CLEARED & I AM BOUND TO LOOSE THE GOOD FRANCHISES I AM HANDLING WHICH MEANS HEAVY REDUCTION IN BUSINESS. AFTER THAT THE MONEY THAT I SHALL BE GETTING AS LOAN FROM YOU UNTIMELY WILL PROVE AS LIABILITY INSTEAD OF GETTING PRODUCTIVE TO PRODUCE BUSINESS CONTAINING PROFITS.

KINDLY CONVINCE YOUR MUMBAI AUTHORITIES TO GO BY THE REALITIES BEFORE DECLARING THE PARTY AS DEFAULTER & REFUSE/ DELAY THE SANCTION OF LIMITS AS IN MY CASE. I KNOW HOW MUCH I HAVE SUFFERED. AS SUCH KINDLY CLEAR MY CASE WITHIUT ANY FUETHER DELAY & OBLIGE.
