I have bought a ODYSSEY 504 TV Tuner two months ago from crux computers wazirpur Delhi, after 15 days it was not working properly, I went to service center they reeplaced it, the second one was again giving me the same problem, I again went to them they again did the same thing and gave me the faulty product, It is only two months I have the fourth one TV TUNER but it is not working properly till now.
