Non delivery of book for which payment was done

Hi,

I had ordered a book on 19th October from this site and haven't got the book delivered yet.

The site does not send me a mail with order details. And when I try to relogin, it doesn't take my email id.

The payment is successful but yet when I give their customer care (care@odyssey.in) all details about the order, they are not replying to my mails.

If they have got the payment, then it should be able to get the order details from the database with the details I have provided.

The book cost Rs.174 and the book title was Baby Touch and Feel Bedtime Book.

I also mailed their concerned MD (feedback@odyssey.in) and still I haven't got any response to my mails.

If they start an online portal, they should ensure that it works else the customers are getting cheated of their money.

Please take necessary action.
