Non Receiving of Consignment

I had booked a office kit through the India Today Book Club on 15th February via the IVRS system. I had booked the amount of Rs.2799.00 through Credit Card. Inspite of repeated reminders through mails and calls to their customer care number (4050 2424) but no actions have been taken. There is nobody in the company who could give a clear cut and right reply. Till date i have not recieved the consignment. I think this is a FRAUD AND CHEAT company who are cheating people of thier money with nobody in the company taking the onus / responsibilty of giving a correct status and reply.
