PF transfer pending since 3 years

I made the PF transfer request from Bandra (Maharastra) to Bangalore (Karnataka) in the year 2006 through i-flex solutions ltd. Company submitted my PF transfer form on time and they provided me the acknowledgement too. But the transfer was not happend even it is more than 3 years and I made the compaint (SROKN/E/00674) from the URL "http://epfigms.gov.in/grievanceRegnFrm.aspx? csession=hINkCrhtaQ7&". day by day I am sending them the reminders but no use. Dont know what is happening with the PF depertment. Are they sleeping? How long the employs have to follow up with these lazy PF department? We dont have any other work? If PF department is unable to manage then Goverment have to remove the department and instead of handling by the government, it should be maintained by private like the PF trust. But the people should not be punished because of the lazy Gov employs. It is our hard income and not a black money earned by the bribes. They should be knowing the value of meny. Dont know where is the end for this issue and I am closing my karnatak PF account as I have resinged from the current company and looking for the self employment. In this case I am worrying abou the PF amount earned at Iflex. Any one can help me in this regards?
