ILLEGAL RECOVER FROM GROSS DCRG IN PENSION ORDER 08/14/B/10893

1. This refers to PPO. NO. 08/14/b/10893 received vide AFRO letter RO/2801/738647/02/12/PW/(SP) dated 13 Mar 12.

2. As per column 21 of PPO, DCRG is shown Rs. 313038.00 from which an amount of Rs. 106934.00 OTR (column No. 22 Demands) is deducted.

3. I have taken IAFBA loan but that too was deducted from my survival benefit in the month of Feb 12.

4. What is this deduction? So for I have not taken any advance.

5. I approached to AFRO but they told me "It is intimated that the clarification of the subject can be only given by

O/O JCDA (AF) as the matter is dealt by them".

6. Kindly clarify and release the amount in my favour.
