Printer Cartridge sold above Maximum Retail Price

Hi

This is my second complain in a matter of 1 week regarding a particular type of printer ink cartridge (i.e. HP21 - black - this is not the XL product version). When I called your office last week I was informed that the Maximum Retail Price of 1 unit is approx $ 22.00. Last week I purchased this product from the Office Works Wentworthville Office (Great Western Highway) for $ 19.00.

However when I went in to purchase the same product in a matter of 3 - 4 days it has been increased to $ 25.00 while the XL model too has increased in price over the $ 40.00 mark.

I did purchase the product at $25 due to my urgent need.

I would appreciate if this matter is investigated. I could be contacted on 0412732930 / 96881873.
