I would like to inform everybody that ICFAI is not a cheat. I am undergoing course in Management through distance learning. Till now I have not faced any situtation like the ones posted on the website. It is because I am regular and follow meticulously the instructions given by the ICFAI university. Yes there has been times when you do not get response on some matters but still you can approach the nearest ICFAI office to help you out.

Regarding the refund as many of you have said, it may not be in your favour as you have agreed to pay the amount and duly signed by you. No instutution refunds admission fees if you suddenly discontinue the program and I think this also holds good for ICFAI also. There as certain guidelines issued by MHRD in this respect which can be downloaded from the website. I would just like to say that how many of us read the detailed instructions of any transactions financial in nature just before signing the document. Even I myself don't read the terms and conditions while buying an insurance policy or things similar in nature usually present overleaf and written in very small font size.

Please do not blame this University for a fault primarily of yours. Yes I do agree some policy of this University or attitude may be different but it will be wrong to come to a conclusion that this University is a cheat. They have put in lot of hard work to prepare the course material and they have consistently put up a good show as far as my knowledge goes.
