I had ordered a Blaupunkt Travel Pilot 100 online through rediff.com on Credit Card and paid Rs. 7595/- (incl shipping charges) as per following details:

On receipt of the product following deficiencies have been noticed.

(a) The battery of the device is dead and has signs of bulging indicating that the battery is life expired. Date code of the battery is C8 apparently indicating it is manufactured in third quarter of 2008. Battery also did not get charged despite keeping it on charge in the car for 5-6 hrs as given in the instruction manual.

(b) When the device was turned on with external power it has bee found that the maps loaded on the device are very old and do not tally with the maps available on mapmyIndia site in terms of currency.

(c) The icon shown in the device and that shown in the manual do not match.

It is requested that I may please be supplied with a new battery and recent maps. I f the same is not feasible my money may please be returned I am willing to send the device back after refund of my money.
