Quick Charger Multipurpose for All Mobiles

I have purchased one Quick Charger from Ojjas through Rediff.com by COD method but at the time of receipt they asked me to pay Rs.374 to deliver the product. Even i have not allowed to check whether the right product was dispatched. After payment the courier person delivered and gone out immediately, then i opened the cover and disappointed due to not working the product as per the user manual.

Immediately I sent a complaint mail and called up to the mentioned telephone number in the dispatched invoice but no response till date from 8.12.08.

Dear customer pls avoid unknown or non reputed companies in online purchase.
