Dear sir,

i booked an order of canon digitl camera a580 throgh rediff on line shopping .my order no.is 5145040.the purchase was made on 21/01/09.i recieved a email.from vendor the ojjas enterprises that order is apporved and i will get it in7to 10 days.on 1 feb.i recieved another email.from rediff that from vendor side the order is delayed n iwill get with in 3to 4 days.after that i try to communicate a lot to vendor n rediff but i m sorry to say ciuld not establish any contact.i feel they ae frauds .they are showing order is apporved but pending.god knows how much time it will take. i do not know that what should be done by me.is any body tell me?
