No despatch of order inspite of payment being made

Hi,

I had placed an order with rediff shopping on 6th march & made the payment through my credit card & the same was debited there & then.

I got a mail from them after 14 days stating that the product is delayed & then today i got a mail stating that the order has been cancelled. I have sent repeated reminders to them to refund my payment which i have to pay to the credit card co.but no response from them.
