Product received is bad and used

Hi,

I had received the 2 GB MP4 Player 1.5 LCD Screen LCD new Metal 3rd Generation, a product of the above mentioned company. When I tried to put songs from my notebook it got affected by the virus which was already present and also the product doesn't look new. I think its a used one only...
