Product purchased not as per specification

Dear Mr. Jaspreet Sahani

I purchased a Toy Car for my son through rediff shopping. I am shocked when i received from the courier on dated 18.05.09.

there is no car actually that is jeep and the jeep was fully damaged when i open the packet

the car was not as per i booked, the model was not as per the photo shown on the print as i taken

the specification was not matched, there is no real smoke emited from exhaust pipe

in the specification the car is working with 3AA batteries but the jeep i received the jeep is working with 5 batteries

there is no wiper

no door is open automatic

please see the matter and give me new one and replace the broken car, my little son is very upset to see the jeep instead of car.
