Complaint of rediffshoping and vendor ojjasenterprises

Dear Hi,

I purchase the accessories “USB Vaccume Cleaner with 2 GB Sandisk Pendrive... 2GB Pen Drive and Vaccum Cleaner... 2 Years Warranty for Flash Disk Drive” through rediffshopping on 14.03.2009 with ref order no. 5263081. I received the same after two thee days. But one accessories 2 gb pendrive was found defected (not functioning). I launched a complaint against this on rediffsite and as per their instruction I returned back both the accessories to vendor. After sending the both accessories I received only 2 gb pendrive it is same which I already sent to vendor. The problem is still there in pendrive. Now they are confirming to me that they had not received the USB vocuume clearner.

On rediff request they also collected the product (2 gb pendrive) from home on 05.05.2009. But still both the problem not resolved. The result was same

I have the pod receipt through which I sent the both accessories. The weight is mention clearly on pod receipt i.e. 30 gm. USB pendrive not more 4 gm

You are requested to please suggest how i come out from this problem because the problem is not solve after 2 months. And when I call to vendor even he is not picking up phone (Ph: 022-26854086 / 9224393748.).
