Non Deliery of item despite payment being made

Dear Sir,

Refer my rediff order No. 4828053 and consignment no. E260453734.

The consignment has not been delivered till date. I received a mail stating that I will receive the item between 17 and 21 Sep 08. While tracking my order, I can see that item has been handed over to the courier but courier name is not mentioned and neither the contact no. of the contact person. I had given the order for the item for some specific purpose & date. If you can't deliver the item in time then what is the use of shopping online. Please do the needful and let me whether the item will be delivered at all.
