Ack problem

I bought two batteries okaya company on dated 29th may from metro batteries wz-247 main najafgarh road uttam nagar vide bill no 12201 dt 29may11 at the time of purchase shopkipper tell us about the service of company battery performance but before one year battery not give backup

i personally goto the shopkipper but no response as per shopkipper they already advice to company regding complaint but no use i make a complaint

four days back being a old person in the age of 70 years i cannot do anything pls takeup matter with company and dothe needfull pls bansal uttamnaga
