Delay in delivery

Order no 2000038232 dt. 4/10/09. delivery of goods not done in time even no. of calls to sujata, ajit, surinder, vijay thapar etc. We have to gift these product on diwali but due to unprofessional business attitude of GIP, we feel embaressed. GIP should decide the panality for such unprofessional business act, which causes uncomfort to the customers.
