The OKAYA UPS Battery SNo. 505868 that i purchased from DELHI COMPUTER, SHOP NO. 2A, FAIRDEAL HOUSE, 34, LALBAGH, LUCKNOW-01, on 21/06/08 has expired. Its warranty period has not ended yet. The shopkeeper of the mentioned shop is neither replacing nor correcting. He is also not giving any details of company so that i may contact the company.
