Pre Launch money not refunded

I paid pre launch money of 6.4 lacs to Omaxe in Sept without signing any application form even as ws not given to me. But the form was sent in July with further demand of 4.3 lacs.

I refused to sign any document since too much delayed ad no allotment agreement or conditions even defined.

So I refuse to sign any document and pay nothing morebut asked fo refund with interest since the company has defaulted in its services which has deficiency.

The company has refused and is harrassing me and refunding full money.
