Possession of Flat

I had booked a Flat with Omaxe as per details below:

Name of Scheme: "Omaxe Parkwood" Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Name: Anuj Tyagi S/o Sh. Sehdev Tyagi

Unit No. 321 Block: Jacaranda-B

Area : 66.24 Sq. Mtr

Date of Agreement: 27th August.

I have paid approx. 90% of the total value i.e. Rs. 8, 15, 000/- on 3rd September.

Company was supposed to complete the construction of above said property within 18 months from the date of agreement.

It is very shocking to learn that till date the construction work for above property has not even started and I am paying a monthly interest of Rs. 16, 000/- to the bank for no fault of mine.

Repeated requests to the builder have failed to draw any conclusion or information.

KINDLY HELP!!!
