Regarding Post Paid Connection

I m Vishal Sharma. I have received many call from idea post department no. 9911012345 (Raj Kumar), 971851951 (Akash). They told me the plan and asking to convert my prepaid to postpaid.i was agree with it. After they told to submit our id proof and photograph and i have to submit that on 16-06-09.They gave me the post paid sim and take out Rs.250, Now 3 days passed and my sim is not activated and they person are not attened the call now. Plz slove the problem as soon as possible. Tell with whom i m concerned. My cell no is 9990643837, 999900079 and i m also giving the address of that office (IDEA POSTPAID) T-1, Second Floor, Near Stadium, Noida (UP).plz take actioned regarding this asap.
