Delay of passport

Sir/Madam,

Past four months my passport damaged, so i applied for newone.i submitted all documents properway. And Police enquiry all completed without fail. But still iam not receive any new passport.i checked in online here shown some message like "we are not getting any doc from enquiry office".now what can i do, i asked to enquiry office he said i subbmitted all doc without fail so i don't know when status of my passpor result.
