Pathetic service quality

Dear All,

I am writing this after going through one of the most pathetic service experience by Omex Packers and Movers Pvt Ltd. (www.omexpackers.com). I have not seen a company or its employees treat customer in such ruthless manners. Every employee in the company tells lies to customer. Their Area Manager who is supposedly heading their Delhi operation is biggest liar from the lot. he does not give right info their customers.

I have booked a consignment (bike) form their company to move from delhi to indore. They promised me to deliver it in four days. They picked up my bike on 13th of May. I got my bike today on 30th of may after long delay. Delay in delivery is not the worst part. Worst part is the wrong info they provide the customer. I called Mr Narendra Goyal on 18th as I was expecting the delivery on 18th. He told me that my bike is on the way and I will get it in a day or two.

1. Promised delivery in four day to Indore. They dispatch the bike after 5 days form delhi.

2. Sent the bike to Jaipur instead of Indore.

3. Mr Narendra Goyal Did not picks up the phones for 4-5 days. I have no info about my bike.

4. Whenever they gave information about the bike it was a complete lie.

5. They promised Door to Door delivery, I have to go and pick up my own stuff on my expenses.

6. They billed me in delhi for door to door delivery, I have to pay unloading charges in indore.

7. They lost the key for bike and helmet lock (worth Rs 250), I have to get the new lock (costing Rs 600) and pull the bike to 1 KM in this summer to garage.

8. They have done pathetic packing as a result my helmet got damaged. (Studd helmet costing Rs 950)

9. They just don’t pick up the phone 90% time.

10. If at all Mr. Narendra Goyal picks up the phone he will say he is in puja. (obliviously his company runs” Bhagwan bharose” coz these guys just don’t work).

11. Finally I received my bike without keys after 18 days. When I asked for compensation for lost keys and new lock, these guys again are not picking up the phone.i am still awaiting my compensation.

So I request all of you that please avoid using services like Omex packers and Movers.

Please avoid using their pathetic services. I am taking them to consumer court as well. But court justice will take long time meanwhile all of you avoid their service and give them some loss in business so that they will learn to treat their customer better.
