ATM withdrawal isseud but no money came out due to network problem

I am holding Karnataka SB A/C NO 0812500104037201 in Borivali branch with ATM CUM Debit Card No. 4214 9203 0854 5113. I had used ATM to withdraw money from ICICI bank Mira Road (Sheetal Nagar) Branch. I had requested for 3000 Rs & money did not come out of ATM, yet it was reduced from my Account on 10.07.2009. I got Error on screen that, “Your request can not be processed” due to network problem. After 10 minutes it starts working and I have withdrawn 3000, but my balance got deducted twice.

Please do the needful, and kindly credit my account, which was deducted wrongly.

I have tried calling customer care of KARNATAKA bank, but they have not registered any complaint and guided me to Karnataka bank branch.

Please suggest.
