Delay in supply of cooking gs

My consumer No si 600944.i HAVE BEEN LWAYS getting my gas cylinder refilled after minimum waiting perod of 15-20 days .i hve yet nt received my gas cylinder booked on 24/10/08 inspite of repeated reminders to or agent neverthless the lady at the counter repled to me that if i'm ready to bring empty cylinder to the shop she ws ready to give cylindr which i refsed to do.

What atcion can be taken against this dealer. Plz revert abck.
