Omm International, Easy Wall Cure putty
Company not responding on complaint

Sir, I was made assure that this company is a part of Birla White Company and the putty is of good quality. But after use it was found that the putty is very bad and the putty comes out even in hand. The company people came to my house and are making a lot of excuses and not trying to give a suggestive solution. Please help me, I have been fooled by the company.
