Pending Provident Fund

It is complaint that Gurnam Singh Worked in Omnia BPO services Pvt. Ltd. from janurary oct as a CCE in Punjab Prepaid Inbound with the Employee Id 702054. During this period my P.F.deduction was 237 Rs. for month. But I apply my P.F in October. But still its pending. On the other side I apply my P.F. in Intelenet Global service That i Got. I want to know how long procedure for P.F. Omnia BPO services Pvt. Ltd. requires. If the processure is over then make me a solid reply. I came in Omnia head office mohali times to know abt my P.F status but the H.R. Department tell me to wait again and again for saying processure is 5-7 month. Now the 7-12 is over. What wrong with this. So kindly resolved my complaint and reply to it on my personal ID as... Thanking You
