Toll gate charge is more

Hi,

My office is in Bhawan technology near by thoripakkam signal. My home is in Kovilambakkam and my husband dropped me and return back with in 10mins. But we are paying Rs.19 19 = 38 in Thoripaakam to pallavaram tollgate.

We are not using OMR Road. We just touched the road, but we have to pay for double charge. If our office is in before tollgate (Perungudi toll gate),

then we no need to pay amount even we used more than 2km OMR road.

This is really curt us. Who will help us, to clarify my query. If we reached with in 10min in same tollgate, please don't ask double charge.

Single charge is enough. Why did the government not consider normal human beings feelings?
