My brother has sent some luggage through om sai a & k packers and movers, mumbai 8th of oct. 2009. now when i am calling them to ask about my goods they not responding correctly, they are saying that "we will soon dispatch your goods", but they are not giving any reason for the delay. so kindly help me.
