The person who is in charge is Mr KK Pathak. he talks nicely and politely but has no knowledge of packing and loading experience. His men pack goods in horrible manner.
I had hired his services for transfering and loading my house hold goods from delhi. He charged Rs 18500 for door to door service. However, he has broken my costly TV set, which I waited for nearly for 1 year before purchasing. The reason for this is due to bad packing equipment used.
He is horrible in terms of packing items and taking care of delicate items.
He has hired OKARA ROADWAYS for transporting luggae. OKARA roadways just dumped all my luggage on road and left the premises. I had to hire people to transfer goods to my house as OKARA roadways refused to do so.
There is tension and harrasment..
