Cable TV Not working & Worst Customer Service

I have came across with a pathetitc experience with cable operater. Most of the time cable connection will not work, When we call them and give a complain they say, they will send the guys to repair. But horrible thing is that they come after 24 hrs every time when ever complaint is raised. Recently on Ugadi when cable was not working, i called to cable tv office no one was lifiting the call. Whne i call on Properiter cell phone, his name is S.Sripal Reddy. he was very rude while talking to me. He just simply said not to call on his cell phone call to office, when i told him that nobody is lifting the call in his office. He said today is holiday and no one will work on holiday, which is not the correct thing. More over he was aruguing with me on phone. If this goes on then i think i need to take an Leagal action against him and i will approach Consumer court and file a case against this cable operater.
