Complaint in regard of direct appointment as a Computer Operato

I am complainning about A.E.W. ENTERPRISES (a unit of Bharatiya Laghu Udyog & Agriculture Farming Society, Regd.) wherein I was intimated that I was appointed as a Computer Operator at the afore said Company at my own state, Nagaland and demanding bank draft of Rs.3300/- against my appointment and also mentioned that draft should be sent only through private courier. And company dosent provide any web address, email address, contact no. Apart from this, there was no mention of appointment place listed in the choice of appointment place in the offer letter.

So how can I find out the company details and varify about the company.. Comapany only gives address. The address of the company is :-

DEHRADUN-248001 (UTTRANCHAL).

They mentioned in the offer letter that the last date of sending DD is 14th Feb & if we send the DD after last date, we have to pay 850/- Rs. late fee within 10 days.
