Hi

we had bought a 32 inch LCD TV which was doing good, but started to have problems and it turned off completely.

the service engineer said the entire power supply board is gone and replaced the same,

the TV went right after that and sudden it went off again after a month.

once again the engineer comes and inspects the set and tells that the warranty is over for the same and entire power supply has to be changed which is costing RS. 8000/- for the same.

my warranty of the set is expired only 20 days before, and y should i pay the money when it is gone bad repeatedly for the same problem, which shows the quality of the product is very poor.

so kindly do the needfull at the earliest to get my set rectified at the earliest
