Non Delivery of article

I booked a letter with On Dot Franchise at Town House Market, DLF Phase-III, Gurgaon on the morning (10 AM) of 02 Mar 10. The packet was addressed to a landmark in South Delhi.

The packet still stands undelevered even on 05 Mar 10.

The On Dot site was down for maintenance, the phone numbers given on AWB does not work, the shop at which the article was booked is rudely uncooperative, the agent who called me in the morning has stopped pciking my call. Sending multiple SMS has caused noe effect.

Overall, the support and service provided is highly disgusting.
