Non delivery n very bad behaviou

Sir,

A courier was sent from poly impex, mumbai to our office through receipt no. 228674297 but was not delivered to us. Despite of this negligence by the courier company is doing absurd things as per calling n using abusive language n returning our other couriers from various parts since our complain to them as it consisted of very imp. documents. Later they informed us abt the dispatch of courier in our office n on refusal blamed us on being beaten as if we are thief n criminals.

we want very strong action against them
