Non-dlievery of urgent courier appliaction form for higher education on time

On dot Courier and cargo Ltd is thw worst courier company that I have ever used.

Due to the negligence on their part my form for highe eduaction was not delievered ion time.

I courier my application form on 11th may and the person takingthe courier promised to get it delievered by 12th May. (Last date of applying was 14th May). Today is 19th May. It has not been delievered yet.

I call the shopkeeper to enquire about the status. She talked very rudely. Saying that they are not responsible. They just pass courier to Head offices.

Due to their negligence, I could not get admission. Now I have to wait for one entire year.

This is worst courier service.

I want to sue it.

Can someone please suggest the procedure of this.
