No proper delivery

My parents sent me some medicines, 9 days before, from raipur to pune, its hardly 200 grams of weight & is in 5"5"3" box, company charged Rs. 100 for this. Still I am waiting for my courier, courier company has 3 contact no.s 1. 020-26330105 - busy/receiver is off

2. 020-26330107 - out of order

3. 9970000917 - busy, once operator took my call on this phone and put me on an endless hold.

This is ridiculous. they r charging heavily for their services, and not providing the proper service.
