On-dot courier
Packets never reached destination

I sent two packets through On-dot couerier company from their dealer at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Bot packets were not reached to the destination. I sent the packets on Jan 1. It's been three months and no one from them is hearing our issue. The packets contains Diaries for our customers. They previously concerned themself that the packets were opened and products were used by the company employees or dealer employees.
