On dot courier
Courier not delivered

Here i am bringing to notice the kind of service on dot couriers is offering to the customer.

Document courier was booked from New delhi (awb# 217512917) on 5th march for Varanasi

Today is 13th march i didnt recd the courier. I called the local office so many times but they did not respond. I called to delhi office too but there is no action

If this is the service they goona provide to customers then there is no use of these non sense couriers.
